Not sure what you mean Riazbut I think we need to have it basicly sorted before the next meeting which will probably be a day or 2 before the demo I think. | |||||||

I think the JC meeting happens after the demo. There is the Barakas meeting arranged which would be good if we could all get to it |

I think we should advertise and mail shoot everyone... irrelavent if we get permission from Council or not. Either way - we can make a noise! If they reject the proposal....we can still get a press release. | ||||||||

Just been to see the Police - We need to contact the operational planning department at Lawcroft House, for the BFD region. Hopefully, we will get clearance. Otherwise, we need to contact the Council aswell. I cant do anything more , until I meet you dh - and I need some number of people turning up on the demo and route. | ||||||||

The idea on having a meeting on-line on odd occassion - when organising events, is very important. For example, like today - Is it me? Just feels that I have lost contact with key members of WYTC. Especially, when we are in the middle of organising a VERY IMPORTANT Beeston event!!! | ||||||||
