Neocons admit targetting al Qaeda was never the objective, but regime change in Iraq, Iran, Syria, Lebanon and Sudan, to destabilise these countries and destroy their military capability, to protect Israel. Terror attacks like 9-11 were a "small price to pay to be a superpower."
