As far as I can see the only way we can make an announcement sticky, ie always stay at the top of a particlar forum, is for me or Riaz to do it on the first posting. There seems to be no method of doing it with hindsight at present, unless Riaz can advise me otherwise, so if you think your post is of enduring importance, then send it to myself or Riaz first, and we'll put the bare bones in as a sticky, and you can fill in the details as a first reply.
Otherwise, if you think something you posted is in danger of falling off the list, then you'll just have to bump it to the top by replying to it in some form
