Here we go! The manageress of the turkey farm where the outbreak occurred said on an interview on the radio last night that she had no idea where this came from. She said there farm had taken all precautions and was devastated that this could happen here. Where did it come from?

Was it planted! A little vial of the disease from the lab slipped into the turkeys food? What are these drill that have been going on at the same time as the outbreak happened?

Always when disater strikes it is useful to record people's first words and impressions and what they saw before it is all wiped from the record and disapears.

For example, during the Tube bombings in London, the big Canary Wharf tower was cordoned off and nobody was allowed to leave. On the radio, workers in the tower said they had been looking down at the activity below. A man was shot by police. The crowd of office onlookers were ordered away from the windows by police and nothing more was reported about this incident. Who was that man?

Yes Mick It was a sealed unit and only the most ridiculous scenarios like dead infected birds sucked down the conditioning units or bird shit infested boots of workers could have let it in. The story's obvious nonsense or at least extremely unlikely

Thanks for that link. I used to have it before but lost it. remember the panic over bird flu six months ago? All the talk of not having enough vaccines etc. All crap! What are they up to now? More police state measures coming? Restrictions on travel?

BRITAIN 'CLOSED OFF' IN KILLER FLU PLANS

THOUSANDS of people will take part in a giant exercise next month to prepare Britain for a lethal bird flu outbreak - with parts of the country sealed off and patrolled by police.

Operation "Winter Willow" will involve all the emergency services, town hall officials and government ministers including Health Secretary Patricia Hewitt and Environment Secretary David Miliband.

Police will stop people entering the exclusion zones and emergency centres will be set up. Ministers are also considering allowing TV cameras to film the exercise to ease public fears.

The Government has drawn up the contingency plans amid concern that bird flu could mutate into a form which can be transmitted between humans. The exercise will take place in two stages, starting on January 30 and then February 19 and 20.

Government experts fear up to seven million Britons could die in a major outbreak. A senior minister said: "That is a worst case scenario. But we are overdue for a flu pandemic and when it arrives as many as one in four people could be affected."

Precautions could include closing public transport and masks being issued to millions of people. There have been 250 cases of bird flu in humans in Asia since 2003, plus suspected human cases in Somalia and South Korea.

I've been thinking about this and the occurance of the drill.  Last year when the swan with bird flu croped up after the drill I though it a little suspicious but now it's beyond probability.

It's pretty obvious how the drill works in the context of 7/7 for instance but how would it work with this excersise?  

Of course exactly the same drills are happening in America at this time. After a few months of nothing in the media suddenly it all bird flu again and talk of millions dying. What are the bastards up to?
